How do I place an order on ShopFity?
  1. Browse products by category or use the search bar.
  2. Click on a product to view details, then click Add to Cart.
  3. Go to your cart and click Checkout.
  4. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (Nairobi and major towns only)
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed. For assistance with recently placed orders, contact our customer service immediately.

Delivery & Shipping

How can I track my order?
  • Click Track Order in the Quick Services panel or your account dashboard.
  • Log in to view your order history and status updates.
  • You will also receive tracking updates via SMS or email.

You can also track your order using the tracking number sent to you via SMS.

How long does delivery take and does it depend on my location?
  • Nairobi & Major Towns: Same-day or next-day delivery.
  • Other regions: 1-3 business days depending on distance and courier availability.
  • Free delivery when you purchase a product above KSh 50,000.

Delivery times may be extended during holidays and promotional periods.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Kenya. We're working to expand our services to neighboring countries in the near future.

Professionals can find and apply for jobs or register their profile to be discovered by employers. Employers can post jobs and connect with talent directly.

We offer verified profiles and background checks for all professionals listed on our platform.

How do I hire a vehicle?

Go to our Hire Vehicle page, choose your preferred vehicle, and submit your request. Our team will contact you to finalize the booking.
