We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
How to request a return on ShopFity:
Go to your Account > My Return Requests or Order History and click the Request Return button next to the eligible item.
Fill in the reason for your return and submit the form. You can chat with support about your request directly from the My Return Requests page.
Status badges will show you the progress: Return Requested, Return Approved, Return Rejected, Refunded.
You will be notified by support about the approval or rejection of your return, and can track and chat about your request at any time.
To initiate a return, you may also contact us at contact@shopfity.store with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Late or missing refunds may be due to payment provider processing times. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
Certain items are non-refundable:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@shopfity.store with your order number and photos of the defective/damaged product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@shopfity.store with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
